Receipt of order

Marcilia must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and the stock is checked, Marcilia will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Marcilia reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person for whatever reason.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If we have already dispatched the order,  it may not be possible to stop your delivery so please follow the instructions for Returning a Product in those instances, at your own cost. Marcilia will not be responsible of covering the postage cost for return in case of a late cancellation.

Defective & damaged items

If you believe that something is missing from your order or you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days so we can assist. You will need to provide photo evidence and/or return it to us before we can replace it or refund you.

Payments

You are able to purchase from Marcilia  website using GBP pounds sterling. 

All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless if UK VAT is chargeable on the product.

Please note: There is no VAT chargeable on children's clothing, books, or shoes up to a size EU38. Toys, Hair Accessories and Hair Products will be subject to the standard VAT rate of 20%.

Discount codes are valid for orders placed online only.

Discount codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a one time order placed with Marcilia.

Discount codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
