UK and European Return Policy
UK Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the receipt of your order from Marcilia, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If items are returned outside of the returns window, the goods will not be refunded and can be returned to you at the shipping address stated on your order, at your own expense.
We will refund any item purchased with us provided that the item are returned as new, unwashed, unworn and returned with their original packaging, including the original tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. To check whether your item has been delivered to us, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.

Original postage paid will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they're packed up properly and you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning as well as obtaining a certificate of postage in case the parcel should go missing.

European Returns
